Baium Quest (An Arrogant Search)

Step-by-step walkthrough

1. 1

   Step 1

   Start in Heine and look for High Priest Hanellin. Take the quest from him — he gives you the backstory and instructions. Double-check you are 75+ level, otherwise the quest dialog won't open. No items needed at start, just make sure you have free inventory slots for the incoming quest items.
2. 2

   Step 2

   Head to Tower of Insolence upper floors and activate three Broken Statues. Each statue gives you Purified Magic Next to Statue — this quest item is needed later to charge the Blooded Fabric. Statues are spread across different floors, so grab a map or prep SoE beforehand. Angels will aggro you along the way, so it is much safer to move as a party.
3. 3

   Step 3

   Main farm is Angel Warrior, Solitary Angel and Punishment Angel on floors 10-13 of Tower of Insolence. They drop Blood of Saints in the amount specified in Hanellin's dialog. These mobs hit hard with magic, so keep your healer topped up and position nukers away from AoE range. The spot is popular — on a live server expect competition for the pull.
4. 4

   Step 4

   Return to Hanellin in Heine with everything you collected. He takes the Blood of Saints and Purified Magic and hands you Blooded Fabric — your teleport ticket into Baium Nest. The Fabric is consumed on entry, so if your party wipes you have to farm the ingredients again. Confirm the item actually landed in your inventory before you leave town.
5. 5

   Step 5

   Endgame step — Tower of Insolence top floor, Statue of Baium. Interact with the statue while holding Blooded Fabric and you get ported into the boss chamber. Baium is a level 75 raid — bring a full party with tank, at least two healers and multiple nukers. He drops Earring of Baium on a roll, which is one of the three Interlude epic accessories and the whole reason you're here.
